Plastic Business Card Art Specs

Our standard card size is 3.375 x 2.125" with a corner radius of .125". We print a 150 Line Screen and recommend customers submit raster artwork at 300dpi. For best results we recommend artwork is set up in a vector format and submitted in a .ai, or .eps file.

Correctly Setting up Artwork

Bleeds: Please allow for a .125" bleed on artwork that extends off the edge of your card. This will ensure that your image is not cut off and that color remains strong to the edge of the card.

Fonts: We recommend customers convert all text to outlines (in illustrator) or rasterize it in raster programs (photoshop). If fonts cannot be rasterized, or if you wish to have us design your card with a specific typeface please include it when sending artwork.

Linked Graphics: Be sure that all of your placed graphics are either embedded, or included with your files. Missing graphics and font are a common cause for delay on customers jobs.

Online Proofing System

We are happy to offer our customers a convenient online proofing system. By utilizing this process we can quickly get your order approved and into production. You may also indicate changes for revisions and send them directly to our art department. View Sample Proof
